My journey began in Cancún at a young age (16), driven by a passion for connecting people and creating memorable experiences. What started in public relations soon evolved into organizing events and celebrations at some of the destination's most recognized nightlife venues. Those early years taught me that the most valuable part of any business is not simply what you offer, but the relationships you build, the trust you earn and the experiences you create.
My career continued through collaborations with international brands, including approximately three and a half years with Red Bull, followed by nearly five years with Casa Cuervo. These experiences allowed me to expand my professional network, strengthen my expertise in public relations and deepen my understanding of brand development, experiential marketing, hospitality and the art of bringing people together.
As my relationships and expertise grew, so did my ambitions. I established MB Agency, my event production and brand experiences company, bringing together creative talent, production specialists and trusted partners to execute everything from exclusive brand activations and product launches to large scale corporate events and bespoke celebrations. This marked an important step in my career, allowing me to transform years of experience in public relations and entertainment into a company dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for leading brands and distinguished clients.
My experience in hospitality, entertainment and public relations eventually led to the creation of The Riviera Maya Concierge. What began as a natural extension of my network developed into a dedicated luxury concierge business, connecting travelers with extraordinary experiences throughout Cancún and the Riviera Maya. By bringing together trusted local partners and a deep understanding of the destination, I was able to offer a more personalized approach to luxury travel, from private yacht charters and exceptional villas to exclusive dining, nightlife, transportation and carefully curated celebrations.
As my professional network continued to expand, I recognized another opportunity that grew naturally from the relationships I had built over the years: Mayan Luxury Properties.
Through longstanding friendships with some of the developers behind the destination's most important residential projects, as well as personal relationships with property owners throughout Cancún and the Riviera Maya, I gained a unique perspective on the region's luxury real estate market. These connections opened the door to private opportunities, friends and family introductions and select properties that are not always available through traditional real estate channels.
Mayan Luxury Properties was created to bring these relationships, opportunities and local expertise together into a highly personalized real estate experience. Beyond showcasing exceptional beachfront villas, luxury residences and investment properties, my goal is to connect discerning buyers with opportunities that reflect their lifestyle, vision and long-term objectives. Whether working directly with developers or introducing clients to property owners within my network, I believe that real estate, like every other business I have built, is ultimately about trust, personal relationships and understanding the people behind every opportunity.
The growing demand for private yacht charters in Cancún and Isla Mujeres inspired the next chapter: Cancún Yachts Rentals. Having worked extensively with yacht owners, captains and service providers through my concierge business, I saw an opportunity to create a more specialized and organized service dedicated entirely to the yacht charter industry. Cancún Yachts Rentals was developed to offer travelers a carefully selected fleet of private yachts and luxury catamarans, supported by personalized assistance, local expertise and a commitment to making every experience on the Caribbean Sea seamless and unforgettable.
The latest chapter of my journey, and one of my most ambitious projects, is I Live Where You Vacation.
Created together with my business partner and childhood friend, this venture represents the evolution of everything I have learned throughout my career. We share a vision of bringing together genuine local knowledge, trusted relationships and personalized hospitality under a concept that connects travelers with the people who truly know their destinations.

After 42 years of calling Cancún home, this destination is far more than the place where I live. Few things make me prouder than sharing the place I know so intimately with people from around the world.
